Answer: Yes, you can. You can pay for a Columbarium Niche in installments for two years when not being used. You can use the niche after it is paid in full. You can make payments of at least $100 any time within the two-year period. For the namplates and urns, you must pay in full when placing the order.

Question: How do I order a nameplate?
Answer: Please write down the content of the nameplate on a piece of paper, attach it to the payment: for one person the price is $200, for two $300 and send them to our Parish Office. Please write down the Niche number on your check at the Memo line, for example, "Nameplate for Niche #5" so we know what the check is for. On your envelope make sure to put "Attn: Columbarium Service" so it will not be processed as a donation.

Answer: You can download the Columbarium Contract blank form by clicking the following link:

1. Select available Niche number for sale
2. Fill out form (English or Vietnamese)
3. Attach the first payment to the form, and
4. Send the completed Columbarium Contract and the first payment to our Parish Office:

Question: How much do I owe Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish on the Columbarium niche that I have ordered?
Answer: The amount that you owe our parish for the niche that you have ordered is equal to the niche price ($2,000.00) subtract the total amount that you have paid for it.
